HOLIDAY HOUSE DEFINITION:

Holiday houses and apartments are structured as a normal house, rented to the public for hospitality services.
They are composed by one or more rooms, with bathroom and kitchen, without centralized services for rental, rented along one or more seasons with contracts lasting less than three consecutive months.
Essential services are granted: cleaning everytime a new client goes in and at least once a week; clean linen on demand, dishes and kit for the kitchen; electric power, water and gas, heating; maintenance, repairing and forniture substitution if impaired.
The houses management does not include foods and drinks and other centralized services, typical of hotels.
